Products
Our products are handmade, hand-cut & packed by Wild Cornish Soap. Please note the size, weight and design may vary from product to product. All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred items will be in stock. Our stock levels are managed online, however, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock we will contact you to make you aware, you will have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.
health statement
At Wild Cornish Soaps, we embrace the positive effects botanicals are associated with. However, we do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. We are not and do not claim to be medical or healthcare professionals and refuse any liability.
pricing, payment & Ordering
All sales are subject to UK legislation. All prices stated on the website are in £ (pounds sterling). The postage prices are disclosed as you add items to your cart but also stated in the Delivery & Returns page. All prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. We accept payment facilitated through the online website which provides options for card payments and Paypal.

You are responsible to ensure that all information given by you at the time of ordering is correct. When you have completed your order and payment, this does not mean that your order has been fully accepted by us. We will confirm your order by email to the details provided. We aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days of your payment being cleared. Please note that once received, paid orders cannot be amended. We reserve the right to cancel any order (and process a refund in full) without prior notice.

Wholesale Orders will be subject to pre-agreed terms and conditions between the two parties in advance of any provision of goods. A 50% deposit may be requested in advance with the remaining amount paid at invoice. Postage costs are excluded from wholesale quotes. Wild Cornish Soaps reserves the right to extend deadlines in the event of batch failure.
legality & insurance
All products listed on our website strictly adhere to EU cosmetics law and Wild Cornish Soap holds Cosmetic Product Safety Assessments for each product. Wild Cornish Soap products are listed on the the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) and with Trading Standards. Wild Cornish Soap holds Product Liability and Public Liability Insurance.
Charitable donations
We are committed to donating 5% of each sale to environmental charities in line with our ethos. For 2021, proceeds will be donated to Cornish Wildlife Trust at the end of every month. This will not apply to wholesale orders which are sold on a commercial basis not for private use.
photography rights & Intellectual property
All imagery is produced and owned directly by Wild Cornish Soap. On occasion we will hire a photographer for product images, however these images will be owned by Wild Cornish Soap. All product descriptions & products are the property of Wild Cornish Soap. You may not duplicate, use or distribute any of this information or imagery (also published via our social media accounts) without our prior consent.
